Sing Rae is a portrait in sound. One person, heard across years — a different age, a different song, the same unmistakable voice meeting itself across time. The characteristics that define that voice: its timbre, its grain, its particular way of inhabiting a note — those were captured and kept.
The sound you hear was rendered by AI — but written by hand. AI served as the instrument; the creative direction, the lyrics, the vision belong to a human hand. The sole exception is "First Song," where AI wrote both music and lyrics — and it was so beautiful we simply had to give it a voice.
All vocals are AI renderings of that same real person's voice — aged, layered, and resolved into song.

On authorship: Across this catalog, the music was written by hand and rendered by AI — AI as instrument, not author. The sole exception is "First Song," where AI wrote both music and lyrics. Not is a purely instrumental album. On the singles, the vocals are AI reconstructions of one real person's voice, sampled from multiple phases of their life. The result is neither imitation nor invention. It is continuity.
